Larry Holder is a veteran trade union leader, public servant, and advocate whose career spans decades of dedicated service to Bermuda’s working class. Best known for his leadership as the longtime President of the Postal Division of the Bermuda Industrial Union (BIU), he has spent years on the frontlines advocating for employee welfare, fair working conditions, and collaborative labor relations. Built on a strong foundation of solidarity, social equity, and community responsibility, he has dedicated his career to empowering workers and protecting labor rights.

Holder transitioned into radio to bring the discussions of Union Square and the wider labor movement directly to the public airwaves. His background as a seasoned union officer and trusted voice for public sector workers inspired him to leverage Magic 102.7 FM as an open forum—bridging the gap between labor leadership, everyday employees, and the broader community.
