On All Fronts

On All Fronts is a sociopolitical, sociocultural, and educational radio program exploring the complex issues impacting Bermuda’s social landscape, community infrastructure, and national development. Airing Wednesday evenings at 8:00 p.m. on Magic 102.7 FM, each episode features deep-dive discussions, expert guest analysis, and open dialogue designed to challenge perspectives, inform the public, and tackle key issues from every angle.

Dr. Llewellyn “Lew” Simmons is a senior educational leader, policy advisor, and academic who serves as Director of Academics for the Department of Education in Bermuda. Holding a Doctorate in Education, his career spans decades of teaching, curriculum strategy, public administration, and youth advocacy across the island. With a strong foundation in critical pedagogy, public policy, and community activism, he has dedicated his life to advancing social equity, empowering Bermuda’s youth, and elevating civil dialogue.

Dr. Simmons transitioned into radio to bring critical academic, political, and social analysis beyond institutional walls and directly into the community space. Recognizing the need for an unvarnished platform to examine current events, policy, and cultural shifts, he brought his voice to Magic 102.7 FM to bridge public discourse, local governance, and grassroots perspectives.

His mission as a host is to inform, challenge, and enlighten listeners, encouraging active civic engagement and holistic solutions to island-wide issues using sound academic principles, critical inquiry, and social consciousness as a guiding light.
